Mediation
As an Accredited Mediator Amanda is available to act as Mediator to assist parties to negotiate an agreement to resolve a dispute in a range of matters including family law property and parenting disputes, wills and probate, commercial disputes, workplace disputes and consumer dispute. Amanda was a Court appointed Mediator prior to accepting a judicial commission.
Arbitration
Amanda offers a service as a Nationally Accredited Arbitrator. Arbitration is a process in which parties to a dispute present arguments and evidence to the arbitrator who makes a final decision (or determination). Arbitration is an alternative to the judicial process in property and financial matters where the parties require a quick and efficient resolution to the dispute.
Litigation
Amanda is a skilled advocate having appeared in a multitude of matters continuously from 1991 until accepting a judicial appointment. As a Judge Amanda determined matters in General Federal Law and Family Law. Amanda holds a current practicing certificate and will accept instructions in the areas for which she has expertise. She is available to appear before Courts and Tribunals at first instance and on appeal with the exception of the Division 2 Court of the FCFCoA.
